After teaching over ten years in different music schools in California, Nian Stella Liu opens her own studio.
Miss Stella always provides a positive and pleasant atmosphere to the studio. Her patience and humor make piano lessons very enjoyable.
About the Teacher
Stella is a gifted piano teacher who truly loves teaching. Born and raised in China, Stella began her musical education at age seven with piano and voice lessons. After graduated from the Southwest University -- one of the best teacher's universities with BA in Music Education, Stella moved to U.S. for graduate studies in Kutztown University, Pennsylvania. At the same time, she started to teach private piano lessons as a volunteer.
Stella moved to California in 2005. She joined the Music Teacher's Association of California (MTAC) and started to serve her community. She has successfully prepared many students for the exam of CM and the exam of ABRSM. All of her students passed the exams with ease because a well-balanced and solid foundation was built up for each student, lesson by lesson. Through the years, Stella has grown with her students and found true enjoyment in music teaching.
Stella currently resides in Pleasanton and enjoys teaching piano at her home studio. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, do exercise and travel.
